Ages 13-17 years

We empower girls with the knowledge and skills to project confidence, be assertive, develop situational awareness, and to trust their instincts. Learn street smarts and prevention strategies to avoid being a target in real world encounters. The physical skills are simple, realistic, and retainable under stress.
